Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our services.
Booking Terms
Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. Morgans Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property while the vehicle is in our care.
Vehicle Condition Disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing any known defects or weaknesses that may affect the cleaning process. Sharing your vehicle’s history ensures we offer the most suitable service.
Access to Utilities: We require access to water and electricity, as we do not carry a water tank or generator.
Additional Work: Occasionally, after an initial wash, further work may be necessary to meet the desired standard. In such cases, we will contact you before proceeding.
Deposit: A deposit of up to 20% may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Excessive Pet Hair: An additional charge may apply for excess pet hair unless discussed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms
Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of the booking will receive 100% compensation.
Rescheduling: In cases of adverse weather, we may need to reschedule. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer the earliest available rebooking date.
Payment Terms
Pricing: A quote will be agreed upon based on the vehicle’s condition at booking. Should further chargeable work be required to achieve the desired outcome, we will attempt to contact you for approval. If unreachable, additional work will not proceed, which may impact the final quality. Morgans Detailing reserves the right to amend the price as necessary, with notification to the client.
Payment Upon Completion: Invoices will be issued upon completion of services. Payment options include bank transfer, card payment, or cash. Immediate payment is appreciated.
Late Payments: Payments delayed beyond 30 days without prior agreement may incur a late fee of £30, rising to £60 if outstanding beyond 60 days. We reserve the right to engage a debt recovery agency for unpaid invoices.
Promotional Terms
Discounted Offers: If discounts are applied, payment terms must be followed. Non-compliance will result in the full price being charged.
Maintenance Packages: For services booked under maintenance packages, full payment is required at the time of sale, and appointments must be completed within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
Prepaid Packages: Each service in a prepaid package must be scheduled every 4-6 weeks. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service voiding.
Additional Charges
Parking and Congestion Fees: Any parking or congestion charges incurred during service will be invoiced to the client.
Safe Working Environment
Site Access and Parking: It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment. Please ensure parking availability. Any parking fines resulting from lack of access will be invoiced.
Gift Vouchers
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the purchase date and are non-refundable. They represent a cash value, with any additional charges due if the selected service exceeds the voucher’s value.
Key Handling
Key Hold Service: Keys left with Morgans Detailing are securely logged and stored, accessible only at the client’s request.
Social Media
Photographs: We may photograph our work for social media and marketing, taking care to cover license plates and avoid disclosing locations. If you prefer not to have images of your vehicle shared, please inform us.
